Click the button below to save a small program to your computer. No installation and no account are needed.

Run the program
Open your Downloads folder and double-click RemoAccEasy.exe. A small window will appear showing your ID and your password.
If Windows shows a security warning, click "More info" and then "Run anyway". The program is digitally signed by Schindler Systems, s.r.o.
Share your ID and password
Read both numbers to your IT support — by phone, chat or e-mail. They will connect to your computer within a few seconds.

Is it safe?
Yes. Every connection is end-to-end encrypted with AES-256. Your IT support can only see and control your computer while the window is open, and only after you share the password.
When the help is finished
Close the window or right-click the tray icon and choose Exit. The program leaves no traces and does not start by itself again.
